Danielle is a Talent Management Professional focused on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging (DEIB), and Recruitment for organizations desiring to integrate and expand DEIB efforts beyond workforce planning to influence overall business strategy and key initiatives. She has served as an in-house expert and external consultant to some of the most prestigious local and national organizations including Nike, Kroger/Fred Meyer, WholeFoods Market, Weyerhaeuser, Safeco/Liberty Mutual, Microsoft, Boeing, Starbucks, Amazon, Virginia Mason, and Swedish Medical Center.
Danielle is highly adept at understanding the mission-critical needs of business operations and know how to marry those critical needs with public sector and non-profit organizations to create long-term community partnerships and industry-specific employee advocacy associations.
She has received numerous local and national recognition including of Seattle Chamber of Commerce UEC – Employer of the Year and Corporate Job Challenge awards, twice recipient Governor’s Gary Locke “WorkFirst Business Award” and Outstanding Corporate Support Awards from the National Society of Hispanic MBA, amongst others.
