About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, self-starter and energetic individual who is passionate about making a difference in the Human Resources industry. As a Business Development and Strategy Intern with Bavarde Talent Solutions, you will be responsible to identify, develop and generate new business opportunities, create and manage client databases and partnership strategy to expand current business as well as grow new business. This person will work directly with the Director of Talent Strategy and assist the recruiting team to ensure hiring needs are met. Duties include sourcing candidates, completing phone screens, scheduling interviews, and coordinating and/or attending job fairs and events. Position is 100% remote, creating partnerships, generating leads, reaching out to new business, and managing business communications to enhance and achieve the business goals.
Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from networking, newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, internet websites, and other sources.
Develops and implements sales plan, strategies and initiatives to generate new business opportunities as well as expand current clients.
Deploy best practices to execute required digital marketing services that may include blogging, social media marketing, search engine optimization, Newsletter/white paper/video content creation, website updates, email marketing, paid advertising management, and others to achieve Client’s benchmarks for traffic, leads, qualified leads, and sales.
Networks with business professionals and performs cold calling techniques to generate prospects and leads.
Build a sourcing strategy for hiring staff and support hiring managers where most needed in the recruiting process
Project management: ensures projects stay on strategic track and the client is informed as needed for status or issue resolution.
Manage all communication, campaign timelines, and project management.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
A candidate, regardless of age and hiring source, must meet ALL of the below criteria
Be enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university AND graduating after August 2022
Be majoring in Business, Business Management, Communications, Human Resources or related discipline
Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or higher (unofficial academic transcripts must be provided at time of application by uploading the documents to your application or profile)
Entrepreneurial creative personality
Excellent written, oral communication and presentation and influencing skills
Working knowledge of email marketing best practices.
Strong understanding of all social media platforms.
Ability to meet deadlines and communicate through obstacles.
Ability to research and synthesize customer data, into marketing strategies.
